In line with my research, after a in foreclosure home is sold at a bidding, it is common with the borrower in order to still have a remaining unpaid debt on the personal loan. There are many loan merchants who aim to have all fees and liens repaid by the next buyer. On the other hand, depending on particular programs, restrictions, and state laws there may be many loans which aren't easily fixed through the shift of lending products. Therefore, the responsibility still rests on the borrower that has obtained his or her property foreclosed on. Many thanks for sharing your thinking on this weblog.

http://www.goigomis.de/oscn />

Thanks, but we not integrated oscommerce into phpnuke, we only create 2 themes, one for phpnuke and one for oscommerce.
The themes must be similar so that the client does not differentiate between 2 applications.
Finally it's necessary to create several blocks for phpnuke. Like minimum one to visualize the categories of the catalog.
Regards.

Open Source Shop Systeme
